  The points system is a form of ownership. This system allows the owner to purchase points to be used for travel during specific seasons of the year. Points can be used as currency for resort stays. The more points you have available, the more desirable the resort you can stay at or you may be able to upgrade to a larger unit. The number of points it takes to stay at a resort depends on the resort location and time of year you will be staying. Different resorts have different ratings for high and low season.
  You are only allowed to use the Vacation Ownership during specific designated times of the year. This is usually categorized by a color such as yellow, green, red, blue or white. High and low seasons vary from resort to resort.

 For as long as you own your timeshare. Any year that you are not using your timeshare you can place an advertisement on our website to let the renters know your week is available. GETAWAY NETWORKS does the additional advertising to draw the potential renters to our website so they can view your advertisement and make you an offer.
 GETAWAY NETWORKS will advertise your timeshare until it has been sold. GETAWAY NETWORKS will assume that your timeshare unit sells or rents within six months unless you advise us to the contrary.
 Because we are an advertising company and not involved in the resale or rental, or the negotiations, we are unable to provide you with statistics on the percentage of resales or rentals as a result of our advertising program. Our advertisers typically do not inform us when their timeshare has been sold or rented.
