Pay:

This is a Commission Only Position (Earn commissions only on what you sell).

Get Paid Weekly $500-$2,000. After 90 Day Probationary period, top sales representatives will be offered a base salary vs commission pay, 401k options, Insurance & miscellaneous other benefits. Must meet all requirements in the first 90 Days.

Retail Sales Consultant or Manager

Job Description:

The duties of this role include but are not limited to; Selling Spectrum products and services by establishing contact with customers in Big Box retail stores. Maintaining a professional knowledge of products, promotions, and current offerings by attending training and team meetings. Identifying opportunities to upsell new and existing customers. Responsible for adhering to scheduled store visit times and locations. Handle customer escalations, billing inquiries and technical issues professionally and promptly to retain the integrity of the company. Contributes to the team by accomplishing sales targets. Fulfilling any additional duties as requested by management.

The Position:

We’re looking for seasoned retail sales agents that are not afraid to ask for the business. To be considered for this position, Applicants must be able to showcase their professionalism, Positive Mental Attitude, and ability to learn New products and procedures. We are only looking for experienced sales people customer engagement, de-escalation, and interaction skills are mandatory.

What we are looking for?

• Ability to self-generate business leads through creative, traditional and social media marketing.
• Retail sales experience is preferred, any other non relevant Sales experience is good, but not necessarily what we are looking for.
• At least a High school diploma or equivalent. Other Education, after highschool, is definitely a plus but not necessarily required
• Reliable Transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours that accommodate our customers’ needs. All Applicants if hired will be held accountable to work full shifts and the hours they have agreed upon.
