Once you accept an offer. We are partnered with First American Title Company. We secure the funds from the renter and place them in our escrow account. Once the availability has been confirmed we will do a three way call with you to do the booking. Once we get the booking taken care of and guest certificate issued to the renter. We sent that information to First American Title Company and they will confirm that the guest certificate is from the resort that the renter is requesting to stay at. Basically making sure they are not getting a motel 8 or anything like that. Once First American Title Company confirms the information matches they will contact you and either issues the funds via check which takes 3-5 business days or by direct deposit which takes 1-3 days depending on your bank.
